What you will need: 5 ' long- 12" wide- 1" thick plank of wood Pencil Saw Hammer Ruler/Carpenter square Safety Glasses Wood Glue Finishing Nails (about 30) 1.5" Velcro Frames (6) - purchased online Brad nails 5/8 Dimensions: Top 14" X 12" Bottom 9 3/4" X 12 1/4" Side (2) 8" X 11 1/4" Back 8" X 11 1/4" Front 11 1/4" X 6" Rails 2 X 11"-- 3/4" deep Frames 9 1/4" X 6 1/2" X 1 1/2" Step 1: Measure! Measure out all the dimensions above with a carpenter square, tape measure, or ruler and trace with a pencil. A carpenter Square helps keep the lines true and makes a 90 degree angle cuts so all the pieces fit together perfectly. Step 2: Cut! Saw the wood where you traced the line.
